Signature Requirements/Bill to Address Shipping
All orders over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package. If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, the actual UPS shipping charge will be assumed by the customer for reshipping. Change of signature requirement by the customer relieves and its subsidiaries of any loss or damage to product. All orders are shipped to the billing address. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable to our warehouse. Your refund will be processed, less a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise.

In the event that a return is the result of an error by, the customer will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. In this event, a pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you for return of the item(s).
